Planting and Delivery

Planting and Delivery Service is offered through multiple Independent Contractors. We work hand in hand with them to ensure their planting techniques meet our strict requirements. When you purchase trees/plants from us our team will schedule the planting/delivery date with you. The Planting Companies will take care of utility locates so be sure to put out your white flags, provided by the nursery, in each planting location. Time windows are not possible as each site varies widely. Crews will try to contact you 30 minutes out as long as they have service. Payment for their services is due at the time of service and payable to the company doing the work. Planting and Delivery charges are not payable to the nursery. If you choose to pick up and plant yourself, you can click on the link below to view our planting guide.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.

PLANTING/DELIVERY/LABOR GUARANTEE: The planting companies are Independent Contractors. If a tree/plant dies within 6 months of the planting date, they will cover 50% of the per tree/plant planting price, but not less than half of the planting minimum. The replacement plant must be going into the same hole. If a new planting area is selected then the planting cost will be full price. There is no guarantee for planting charges on trees that die after six months. Delivery, Special Access, and Difficult Site charges are not guaranteed.

Please see our Guarantee Page for information on the tree/plant guarantee.
