We want to make life easier for our wholesale customers. We can tag nursery stock with you and your customer, your customer alone, or have an order pulled and ready when you arrive. If you wish, leave your trailer and we’ll have it loaded and ready to pick up the following morning. We can also make arrangements to load you before and after regular business hours if you let us know ahead of time. We know your time is very important and we want to be as efficient as possible. Just like our retail division, we offer full service delivery/planting through planting companies. We also have the ability to find freight options to ship trees all over the U.S. For deliveries outside of the areas listed on our Planting/Delivery Page please contact us for a quote. We can usually turn quotes around the same day unless we have to look for special order items. We can quote it with our without delivery/planting and both retail and wholesale. Again, whatever you need. Just email or fax your orders to us, we will do the rest.
Who is considered a Wholesale Customer?
A wholesale customer is one that certifies that the nursery stock being purchased is being used in a horticultural business or for consumption by a federal, state, or municipal agency. This would include landscape contractors, city and government agencies, home builders, churches, etc.
All sales are COD at time of purchase (before stock leaves the nursery) made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Credit may be obtained through the completion of a credit application and approval. An established relationship on COD basis is required before credit is issued.
Tagging and Holding Nursery Stock
- Nursery stock can be tagged up to 14 days. If plant material needs to be held for longer than 14 days please make arrangements with our sales team.
- In some cases special orders will require prepayment in advance. This will be discussed at the time of order or during the bidding process.
- As mentioned earlier you can call, email, or fax orders and we can tag/pull material for you, you can walk the nursery with your customer and we can tag with you, or we can work with your customer while they choose the stock. Let us know what works best and we will take care of it.
- All orders will require a job name so we can communicate orders to you if there are any questions. That could be a PO, customer name, or address. All orders will require a jobsite address even if being picked up at the nursery.
There is a 10% re-stocking charge for all approved nursery stock. This does not include any stock that is rejected at time of delivery. Plants returned in any condition less than when it left may not be returned and will be billed at full list price less your discount.
All stock is guaranteed to be true to name and variety under which it is sold. If any stock proves otherwise, we will be responsible for the original purchase price only. No other guarantee is expressed or implied.
We offer volume discounts based on your previous year’s purchases, providing your account was in good standing. If at any time you become delinquent in payment, all outstanding balances will be billed at list price. For custom bids and field direct orders discounts to not apply.

Once set up as a wholesale customer, you will have access to our wholesale page on our website. Obtain a login and password from our sales team so that you can access our wholesale pricelist online. Retail prices are available to the public without a login.
